A new Salt Lake restaurant, The Copper Onion, hosted a media dinner last night, where we wined and dined over a 19-course meal (19-course!). Asparagus with lemon aioli, pea shoots with golden raisins! Vegetables are the chef’s specialty. What a blessing.

Around the 10th course we discussed how brussel sprouts are in for 2010 and candied bacon is out. This is my kind of conversation.

Today at work I talked to fashion designers at Anthropologie and then was assigned to write a story about my personal quest to obtain a pet goat. Then I spent over an hour judging a limerick contest while eating Girl Scout thin mints and samoas.
